Q. What are the hours for Chat with a Librarian Now?

You can chat with a librarian for live assistance for your immediate needs. Chat is available 8:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday, Fridays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., and 2:00-8:00 p.m. on Sundays. This is subject to change during holidays and/or when UA Libraries is closed. 

If chat is offline, you can also email a librarian. On the University Libraries homepage, click Ask A Librarian inside the research box on the right-hand side. Clicking Email A Librarian Now will bring you to a form where you can ask a question and attach any files along with your question. Then, click the Submit Your Question button. Questions are usually answered within 24 to 48 hours.
