I heard the library has a recording studio. How can I use it?

The Sanford Media Center (SMC), on Gorgas 2nd floor, has a recording studio. This studio is available to current UA students who have completed the SMC's studio training session. Students must present a valid Action Card each time they wish to use the SMC resources. Only UA students will be allowed to use the studio. If you have an academic reason to bring a non-student into the studio, please contact the SMC ahead of time to get permission for the non-student.

Students also have the option of using our Whisper Booths to create content. They contain the following:

Yeti professional microphone with a boom and shock-mount.
88-key keyboard with presets and midi controller.
iMac with Garage Band and footswitch. Training on Garage Band is available in the Sanford Media Center.
