Yes! Members of the general public are welcome to use the UA Libraries.
If you want to check out materials, you can purchase a Borrower's Card (scroll down to learn more).
If you want to print, you can can purchase a Community User Card from printing card dispensers located in Gorgas, Bruno, McLure, and Rodgers Libraries. At Hoole Special Collections Library, a printing card can be purchased from library staff.
