Q. Does the library proctor exams?

We don't offer proctoring services.

1.)    If a student is enrolled in another university’s classes: they can contact UA Testing services  here.  Testing Services only does proctoring for non-UA classes (e.g. a student is in Tuscaloosa but is taking an online class at Arkansas State University).
