Print Reserves

Reserve materials are listed in Course Reserve in the Libraries Catalog.

Within Course Reserve, you may search for material by instructor’s name, department, or course number, or any combination of the three.

Materials on reserve for a particular class or instructor are listed alphabetically by title. Choose the appropriate title by clicking on it. If the item is not available electronically, it will have a call number Go to the appropriate library’s circulation desk to request the course reserve item.

Different Reserves have different borrowing terms, so make sure to check with the Circulation desk about your item.

Electronic Reserves

All articles, tests, and class notes placed by faculty are offered electronically. Viewing E-Reserves requires downloading the free Adobe Acrobat Reader. Articles may also be linked in Blackboard if your instructor is using it for your course.

How to locate electronic reserves:

  1. Go to the the Libraries Catalog
  2. Choose Course Reserve
  3. Scroll through the list of Instructors until you find your instructor’s name. All items will be listed alphabetically by title.
  4. Choose the appropriate title by clicking on it.
  5. Choose Click here to view .
  6. The article should appear and be ready to print.
