Q. Where is the salary book?

The salary book is no longer being printed, but you can access department and salary budget information electronically using a dedicated computer in Gorgas Library.

PDF files detailing department and salary budgets are installed on a Dell PC in the hallway opposite the Music Library on the 1st floor (when you're standing in Java City facing the TV, the hallway is to the left). The computer with the budget information is the one closest to Java City, and there is a sign identifying it. You do not need to log on to access the documents.

Please stop and ask at the Gorgas Information Services desk on the first floor if you need help locating the computer with the budget information files.
