Yes! There are two presentation rooms located in McLure Library and one located in Rodgers Library.

To reserve a presentation room in McLure, follow this link:

The presentation room in Rodgers requires you to check out equipment at the desk and is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

So, what is a presentation practice room?  These are facilities that permit the user to practice a presentation while recording it for future review.  This capability supports students (and faculty) to critique their presentations in ways that help them improve their content and delivery.  Each facility has a camera that captures both the upper body of the presenter and a display of her/his content on a screen.  The presenter provides a USB storage device in the case of McLure or an SD card in the case of Rodgers for capturing the video file.

You can call McLure Library at (205) 348-6055 and Rodgers Library at (205) 348-2100 if you have any questions.
