Answer

Open access journals can be searched through the Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).  The DOAJ is a non-profit depository of open access journals that is both international and interdisciplinary in scope.  The DOAJ only admits journals that practice some sort of quality control, whether it be peer review or an editorial process.

DOAJ journal articles can also be found through Scout, UA's discovery service.

For more information about open access publishing, read the DOAJ's "About" page.
