How do faculty members renew their library books at the end of the school year?
University Libraries‘ circulation policy requires all faculty members to physically renew all books at the end of the school year, before June 1. Faculty members with seven or more books checked out can contact one of the following librarians to schedule an appointment for a staff member to visit their offices to renew their books:
- Gorgas Library: Brock Tyra, email@example.com
- Bruno Library: Donna Minor, firstname.lastname@example.org
- McLure Library: Benita Strnad, email@example.com
- Rodgers Library: Mary Ann Robbins, firstname.lastname@example.org
Faculty members with fewer than seven books should take their books to any library location for renewal.
