Is the library open to the general public ?

Answer

Yes! Members of the general public are welcome to use the UA Libraries.

If you want to check out materials, you can purchase a Borrower's Card.

If you want to print, you can can purchase a Community User Card from printing card dispensers located in Gorgas, Bruno, McLure, and Rodgers Libraries. At Hoole Special Collections Library, a printing card can be purchased from library staff.

  1. Remote access to our databases is limited to members of the UA community (people with active status as student or employee). You can check with the libraries at your institution to see what databases they subscribe to.
