I'm having issues logging in to access full text in Scout from off campus. What should I do?

Clear your cookies, then start over at (you'll be asked to log in) and search again. You can clear your cookies by pressing Ctrl-Shift-Delete ( Command-Shift-Delete on a Mac) in your browser of choice, then making sure Cookies is checked. (In the unlikely chance these shortcuts don’t work in your browser, search your browser’s Help function for “clear cache.”)
